During the winter, the small head of guru of Diapason promises you professional clothes to no longer fear the cold, humidity, rain ... Protection and quality assured in any season.
Jackets or Work Parkas?
The choice of your men work clothes will depend mainly on your professional environment and its conditions. If you work all year round both outdoors and indoors in a cold environment with a harsh climate and therefore undergoing low temperatures, you will enjoy wearing a work parka so as to be protected, visible and comfortable. The warm professional clothing promotes work and efficiency in winter.
Otherwise, the work jackets designed today are quite capable of satisfying you for less extreme situations and constantly outdoors, they have already proven themselves from a functional point of view and resistant.
Softshell work: what is it?
It is a workwear concept, generally equated with a banal windbreaker but these characteristics go much further:
Insulation: it is hot and allows a good thermal insulation.
Water repellent: it is not necessarily waterproof, it will depend on the model. It is water repellent, that is to say, that it resists to showers of short duration and whose intensity is moderate. Indeed, the water will flow on the outer fabric. But if the amount of rain is too great, the softshell will not protect you effectively unless it is designed to be waterproof. So if you wear Waterproof Work Pant and work clothes, it will be better.
Breathable: the fabric quickly wicks away moisture to maintain all the comfort you need to work in good conditions, even under heavy stress.
Lightweight: this garment concept is made to work comfortably.
Fleece, wool or thermal clothing: which materials to favor?
First of all, you must know that polar fabric is recyclable and is therefore privileged in a sustainable development. It is light, warm and comfortable and the building's craftsmen are professionals who use the most polar clothing because they are often faced with cold on construction sites.
In addition, it is important to respect the washing conditions because this kind of cheap work dresses will tend to pelletize and lose its insulating capacity. Classic fleece jackets are neither windproof nor waterproof. For weathered workers and craftsmen, it is advisable to use fleece treated for impermeability or integrated into work parkas.
In the case of thermal garments, these are complementary to parkas when used as an underlay providing better thermal insulation and allowing perspiration to escape. Nevertheless, thermal clothing does not offer the same waterproof or visible protection as parkas.
